Serving Mississauga
Looking for parging in Mississauga? We repair, recoat and pour across the city, from Port Credit to Meadowvale, with free same-day quotes and a 5-year warranty on the work.
Mississauga covers a lot of ground, and the housing shows it. Down by the lake you have postwar bungalows and storey-and-a-half homes in Lakeview, Port Credit and Clarkson, some still on their original block foundations. Streetsville's village core has houses going back a century. And from the 1970s on, subdivision after subdivision filled in Erin Mills, Meadowvale and Lisgar. Different eras of construction, but the parging on a Mississauga foundation faces the same enemy either way: winters that freeze and thaw over and over until a weak coat cracks, flakes or falls away in sheets.
That is where we come in. Mississauga is one of the busiest corners of our service area, and we are here most weeks patching foundations, recoating full walls and pouring concrete. Free quotes, most sent the same day. A 5-year workmanship warranty on everything we do. And a simple promise we keep across the GTA: we treat your home like our own.
Most calls start with the visible band of foundation between the soil and the brick. When the old coat is chalky, hollow sounding or falling off, we grind it back, repair what is underneath and apply a fresh cement parge coat with proper surface prep and a bonding agent so it actually holds. Here is what we handle:
Winters near the lake swing back and forth across the freezing mark, sometimes several times in one week. Every swing pushes water into any weak spot in the parge coat, freezes it, and pries the coat a little further off the wall. Add snow piled against the foundation, downspouts dumping right at the wall, and grading that slopes the wrong way, and a thin or poorly bonded coat does not stand much of a chance. That is why our process leans so hard on prep: a coat is only as good as the surface it grips.
Not sure if yours is due? Tap it. A solid coat sounds dense, a failing one sounds hollow. Watch for hairline cracks that keep growing, white powdery staining and chunks turning up in the garden bed. Catching it early usually means a straightforward repair instead of a full strip and recoat.
The concrete around the house takes the same abuse. Plenty of Mississauga driveways and front walks were poured decades ago and are now spalling, heaving or pooling water against the garage. When it is time to replace, we pour on a proper compacted base, use an air-entrained mix built for freeze-thaw, and cut control joints where they belong so the new slab cracks where we tell it to, not where it wants to.
We keep it simple. We show up when we say we will, we quote a firm number, and we leave the site clean. Our rating speaks for itself: 5.0 on Google across 27 reviews.
Getting started is easy. Send the form with a few details, we come back with a written quote, and once you approve we book the work and get it done. You can see each step in our process section, and there is more about who we are on our home page. We also cover the neighbouring areas, so if you have a property in Etobicoke or Oakville, the same team and the same warranty apply.
